The Chinese practice of TAO is available to everyone. It can be performed in any condition, health condition, anywhere and at any time.

Try to do the easiest exercises for the face and eyes.

Palming.
⠀
• You can choose to sit on a chair or on the floor. If you choose to sit on a chair, it is important that your feet are grounded and touch the floor evenly. You can continue the exercises in a standing position. If you choose the standing position, bring your feet together or shoulder-width apart. Keep your feet parallel torso straight.

• Rub your palms so that they become warm.
⠀
• Then place the palms over the eyes, eyes closed and relaxed, keep the palms relaxed on the face so that the eyes can open and close freely underneath them. The middle of the palm should be placed opposite the eyeball. Elbows, wrists, and fingers relaxed. There should not be a single gap into which light would fall. The head is straight. The neck is straight.

• Hold Palming until you see absolute blackness, don't focus on the eyes, but just imagine something nice, like nature. Your visualization can be not only visual, but other senses, sounds, and smells can also be involved. Such visualization relaxes the psyche, and with the psyche, the muscles of the eyes relax.

• The duration of the exercise is 1 minute.

• You can palm every time you feel tired and tired eyes. During the day, even a 10-second intermittent practice will be effective.
