Yes.There are many exercises  for race.

1.In yoga Sinhmudra pose is very important for face muscles, throat and doing this mudra the  glow of face increase.Then Jivhabndha is also good for face and  preventing thyoriods.

2 . Sarvangasana,vipritkarkarni and setubandasana are good for face.Shirsana is also good but it must be practice with consultation of doctor or yoga teacher.Certain people having cervical problems.,heart problem and Bp should avoid this asana
