First and important tip is start speaking English as much as possible. And when u stuck try to find solution.
Beside this you have to learn phrases not words so that you speaking can be improved.
Furthermore you have to accept English, English and English everywhere..

There are many options if u have learnt c++ and Java, but basically it depends upon your choice that what area you want to expand for your future. Like you can learn Scala if you want to go for android. You can learn swift if you want to move for ios development.
Furthermore you can also switch to python also, if you want to go for web development, task automation and data analysis, etc....

-to begin with c you should understand basics and fundamentals of c, even emphasize on that. also should clear all concepts.
