According to me and what i practice, there is nothing a personal trainer not want you to know. I want my clients to become self sufficient and efficient and knowledgeable enough to keep themselves fit for lifelong, which should take 6-9 months of training with me or any good trainer. If any personal trainer is practising the business to make the same client come back to them again and again then they are just falling at what they do and losing trust of good people and wasting their money.
