"Any kind of activity which take your heart rate from Normal to up" is known as cardio, Moreover, Aerobics is a form of cardio only because this form of exercise results in a high heart rate. Now let's talk about my teaching style for this particular type of cardio. As per my preference, I would like to check the current state of the client that where that person is standing in the terms of fitness. On the behalf of that, I will introduce the cardio activity. for example, for a person who has a very sedentary lifestyle and is not able to move 2000 steps a day, I would suggest him/her start with light activity and then move to the higher side in the coming weeks. "I was so upset i used to try different things - yoga gym cycling and lots and lots of workouts in a single day but nothing could get me to understand things. No body used to guide. So i kept switching until I met Hitesh. The in depth knowledge he provides is very good and makes sense. He works on the entire health. My dark circles are gone. My face has become brighter just because of my routine change a little in which he helped. Also it did not feel that you are doing something special to achieve the same. No one can match his way of teaching and training. I am so grateful i met him. Now it has been almost 2 years i have stuck to my workouts at gym and have seen wonderful changes in myself. "My parents (both ~ 62 years old) started a personalized fitness program with Hitesh, and it has transformed their lives. My dad has been diabetic (Type 2) for the past 25 years, and my mom was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2017. Before the training, their HbA1c levels remained close to 7.5 despite their medications. Within a month and a half of their training with Hitesh, the HbA1c dropped to 6.5, and they are on their path to reversing type 2 diabetes. My Dad's uric acid levels have dropped from 8.3 to 6.3. My Dad's HbA1c had never gone below 7 in his entire disease span. We were shocked by the results. Before this program, they had never exercised and always looked for excuses not to exercise. But with Hitesh's help, even at the age of 62, they are lifting weights, doing squats and pushups, and all the other resistance exercises that are even difficult for an average 30-year-old. Two months into the program, their attitude toward exercise changed. They now eagerly wait for their class and thoroughly enjoy their sessions.
