Always encourages to put in best effort but at same time doesn't force or rush any exercise which your body can't take and pays acute attention towards the correct posture. Have may qualities of a good teacher - full of patience, positivity, puts in 100 percent effort and make the class very interesting. Converting person like me (whose forever reation to yoga was "Not for me, it's only for flexible people" ) to someone who is excited and looking forward to yoga class everyday in matter of few days itself speak volumes. Yes Yoga is healthy and safe way for losing weight and also maintains the weight. Different asanas and posture like suryanamaskar and other yogasanas will help in weight loss.

Its a great way to create good life style and we can also cure our so many deases thogh yoga without any side effects.

Yoga = "yuj" this word yuj is came from Sanskrit Dhatu.

Anything come together and create a new thing is called yoga.

Like Asana plus breathing pattern abhaysa is called yoga and etc, like electric power and led light come togather and create a brightness light is called yoga this all are just for examples.

One of the most important in our text book shiv and shakti ka milan is equal to yoga.
