Yes Yoga is healthy and safe way for losing weight and also maintains the weight. Different asanas and posture like suryanamaskar and other yogasanas will help in weight loss.

Yoga is not only a physical exercises or breathing patern. Its a great way to create good life style and we can also cure our so many deases thogh yoga without any side effects. Its a great way to create good life style and we can also cure our so many deases thogh yoga without any side effects.

Yoga = "yuj" this word yuj is came from Sanskrit Dhatu.

Anything come together and create a new thing is called yoga.

Like Asana plus breathing pattern abhaysa is called yoga and etc, like electric power and led light come togather and create a brightness light is called yoga this all are just for examples.

One of the most important in our text book shiv and shakti ka milan is equal to yoga.
