It's rare to find passion in kids & oh my God when they sometimes tell me "ma'am should I roll the pelvis, am I contracting the right muscle ! I'm amazed with their understanding. Sara literally smiles to feel the essence and Vedu always ask if her split is 70% done😄 Such sweeties.

So for this, lie down kn bed comfortably. Legs apart feet are away from each other. Your hands are relaxed and palms facing ceiling. Now, start breathing into your belly fully and breathing out completely out from the belly only. This will increase the oxygen levels in your body and you start calming down the all the systems of the body. When you reach this state of peace , just concentrate on your breathings. And yes you are already prepared for the next level of your meditation. But the key is consistency , so be regular.

The moment when you realize that you are unbothered of what's happening around you like noise, vibrations, people and inside your body be it any unnecessary thought any kind of heaviness and fear. When you realize that these things are no longer serving you and you start letting go of these thoughts then you meditation is working.
