I am a Delhi (INDIA) based Yoga Teacher certified by Yoga Alliance. A self motivated yoga practitioner since 2016 and a passionate yoga teacher with the goal to motivate and inspire others to improve their wellness and explore ones potential through the power of yoga. I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and help my students build a strong foundation with the principle of breath body and mind. Being an ex professional performing artist, I have been teaching safe practices of movement to numerous adults, seniors and kids through dance like steet jazz , contemporary and ballet. "Ms.Rai is one of the finest yoga teachers I have come across so far. Patience, attention to details during the sessions is what has made her standout from the other instructors I have come across so far. She has also guided and helped me get into a proper routine (that was messed up due to my work) so that my yoga sessions went well. As she says that yoga is not just about asanas and pranayama but a complete change of lifestyle. "

The instructor is amazing in terms knowledge and approach to make you understand your areas to work on yourself. Yes, it is completely safe but under the guidance of a teacher. The teacher guides and gives alternative or modified practices for the same.
