Hi. I don't think you should focus on your 10th class marks, because I have seen some guys with me who didn't score good in 10th but yet they're in IITs. Similarly, there are some people who got above 90s in tenth and yet didn't qualify for JEE advanced exam. So instead of thinking about your 10th exams, just focus on your JEE preparation, because that is what is gonna get you to IIT, not your 10th marks. Now you know that you have to study more So instead of feeling depressed, just focus on your studies because good future awaits you ahead. I myself was a JEE aspirant so if you want any guidance feel free to ask me.
