"What a wonderful experience! Learning the technique was easy and the entire session was very thorough so at the end you have a clear understanding of how it’s done and how it works. Every question I had going in was answered. Ms Teena is very knowledgeable and made everything easy. The actual meditation is effortless as they say and I do actually look forward to doing it especially on stressful days. To answer the 2 big questions I personally had going in. Isn’t this just a basic Meditation? A guided meditation is used but it’s just a piece of a very simple puzzle. There is nuance involved that makes it different than a typical focused meditation. You learn exactly how to use the mind and body and you will understand what is considered “correct” meditation. The best way to explain is before I felt like I was “trying” to accomplish something with my meditation and now I don’t have to try, I just do it, effortlessly. As far as the money, for me, what I learned is priceless and I have it the rest of my life so I had no problem with paying. Ms Teena did an excellent job guiding me through a peaceful meditation in a wonderful, healing way. The hour went by soooo fast and I walked out of the session feeling pretty centered.
