Overview

For the past 11 years, I have immersed myself in the practice and teaching of yoga, cultivating a deep understanding of this ancient art. Armed with a B.Sc in Yoga, my journey as a yoga instructor has been both fulfilling and transformative.

Having the privilege of sharing the wisdom of yoga, I have been guiding individuals on their wellness journeys for over a decade. My classes are characterized by a personalized approach, allowing me to work closely with small groups of 5 to 6 people each day. This intimate setting fosters a sense of connection and enables me to tailor the practice to the unique needs and goals of each participant.

The cumulative impact of my teachings is reflected in the fact that I have had the honor of training more than 60 clients over the years. Witnessing their physical and mental transformations has been a source of immense joy and satisfaction.

My teaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach to yoga, integrating both practical and theoretical aspects. In a one-hour offline session, participants engage in a well-balanced mix of practical exercises and theoretical insights. This combination ensures not only the physical benefits of yoga but also an intellectual understanding of its principles.

The practical component encompasses the physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation techniques, providing a comprehensive and rejuvenating experience. Simultaneously, the theoretical aspects delve into the philosophy and principles that underlie the practice of yoga, enriching participants with a deeper understanding of this ancient discipline.

Samadhi means samadhi, nothing disturbs you physically or mentally. you feel blessed and you can see the motion and changes hapening in your breath. your body feels like flying and so light like a feather.

Don't do yoga until full pain subscides. After that, all Prone asanas are helpful for relieving back pain. Try to sleep on floor with a mat.
