"I was suffering from post partum complications, severe anxiety and depression and not able to sleep properly. Then i joined yoga classes and now m much more happy in my life. Am getting good sleep and my anxiety and depression is also reduced a lot. And for this i would really appreciate Chinmay a lot. "

First, you should find your health issues; then, you should do the particular practice. Start gradually. Primarily it would help if you practised under the guidance of a good and experienced Yoga Therapist.
