So it would be an injustice if I tell you just one or two yoga practice for this. All forms of Yoga benefit from good health. You can try Yoga asanas, try breathing exercises, you can try meditation & mindfulness practices, and they are all amazing. Just try and experience which one is more fun for you because life is about living it, not struggling with it. So try which you love most.
