Yeah, hell, YES. Believe it or no, but Yoga and physical exercises improve our physical & mental health both. As of now, we know only about one side of training. It enhances the appearance of our physical body (which is part of our outer personality). Still, there is another side of practices that also helps us improve our inner beauty or character. Yoga & exercises release Hormones like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins in our brains, allowing us to become less stressed, less depressed, less sad, less irritated & happier. Hence we can say Yoga & exercises improve our personality outside & inside.

Mind is simply energy. Or you can say your thoughts are your mind; mind and brain both are different. Mind is a spirit entity, and the brain is a physical entity. Still, the first action happens on energy level, and then the physical entity takes over. Our thoughts/mind create an energetical reaction in our brain, and according to that energy, our brain starts to function, and our body starts to "feel". Science has already proved the relation between energy and matter. Now it is time to understand it by the layman.

Good health means - you are healthy, not just physically but mentally also. Yoga is one of the fantastic ways to bring mind-body-soul balance, thats why it is called YOGA ( which means YOG of all aspect of life ). So it would be an injustice if I tell you just one or two yoga practice for this. All forms of Yoga benefit from good health. You can try Yoga asanas, try breathing exercises, you can try meditation & mindfulness practices, and they are all amazing. Just try and experience which one is more fun for you because life is about living it, not struggling with it. So try which you love most.

people dont learn by hearing, they learn by seeing....so instead of inspiring them about it .... show them ..... become the result of healthy lifestyle...... become what you are preaching and then tell your story to them that how a healthy, prosperous lifestyle can do.... show them the result .... people are more motivated when they see the real result rather then hearing about it............................
