Meditation is the best medicine. According to me meditation means live in present & and enjoy every moment with total awareness. I have been practicing meditation from 5 years and I have been teaching meditation from 3 years. I suggest to everyone for meditate minimum 1 hour daily. I teach active meditation, guided meditation, Vipassana meditation, Soham meditation, charka sound healing, mindfulness meditation,yoga nindra, self hipnosis, trataka & Kundalini meditation etc.

Firstly, select a peaceful ( indoor or outdoor) place for practice meditation. Sit any comfortable meditative position like, sukhasna. otherwise lie down in savasna. keep spine straight, shoulder relaxed...
Om chant 10 times Warm up Sun salutation 6 to 12 round Savasna 5 min Kapalbhati 30+30+30=90 stroke Anulom-vilome 10 round Bharmari 10 times Om chant 10 times.
