There are lot of benefits of yoga practicing.

1.yoga is very safe,comfertable and simple practice of asanas,pranayam.

2.Asanas improve immunity,flexibility and strength of muscles.

3.Pranayam improve breathing techniques and keep mind stress free,relax and calm.Improve respiratory functions.

Meditation is also very important which make mine peaceful and gives positive order to mind.It remove negative thoughts from mind.

It is also observed that yoga control certain diseases like High BP,High Sugar level and even it cure depression,anxiety and thyoroid after doing regular practice of yoga.
