Yoga is NOT -

 a culture, a religion, a physical exercise, magic, treatment or a way of belief.

 Yoga is a way of life, where one overcomes the evermoving tendency of mind to find STILLNESS within.

When one is STILL, one can realise the true potential within, that is to be HAPPY (eternally!).

 

So, Yoga is the way to Ever Lasting Happiness.
