I was a Maths teacher in Harisree VidyaNidhi school. It was an ICSE syllabus school. I have handled 8th std and 9th std Maths for many sections The school had an excellent work schedule and perfect timetable. We conduct tests all Fridays and assess their learning skills, i.e. what they have learnt and understood from the teachings of that particular week Monday to Friday. If there is any improvement needed in that particular portion, we, the teachers as well as students can understand from the result of that tests. I believe frequent exams are very essential for both the teachers and students to know the understandability of the portions
