"I have just completed YogaTeacherTreaning course. It was just wonderful part of while doing course,everyday is quite interesting with lots of knowledge about Yoga, philosophy, anatomy, teaching skills, details of yoga postures, stress management, diet.Our teachers Sunil Sir & Sunita mam are professional, patient, & really helpful. And the most important thing I learnt from here is that Yoga is not just physical exercise but a way of living how you take care of your body.
