"I have just completed YogaTeacherTreaning course. It was just wonderful part of while doing course,everyday is quite interesting with lots of knowledge about Yoga, philosophy, anatomy, teaching skills, details of yoga postures, stress management, diet.Our teachers Sunil Sir & Sunita mam are professional, patient, & really helpful. And the most important thing I learnt from here is that Yoga is not just physical exercise but a way of living how you take care of your body. I realise that you can't learn yoga by watching videos on Youtube you should learn from the right expert. I will highly recommend Yogism Yoga studio , it will definitely be a right choice . "
