I have been cooking and baking for more than 30 years and started conducting workshops around 12 years back for kids, women and men. Eggless options are available. Learn to Cook & Bake - Cakes, Deserts, Breads, Cookies, Salads, Soups, Indian & International cuisines. All workshop sessions are hands on and consist of small groups so that each student get the required attention. I teach lots of basics including chemistry of cooking science. I also share various variations and handy tips . Printed recipes and take home samples are also provided. Participants are also encouraged to share their feedback and other issues while trying these recipes back home.
