These ready to cook gravy premixes are most ideal for students living away from home, travelling abroad, working women and all of us when cooking in the time crunch. You will learn to make different delicious premixes in powder form, can store for six months in the fridge. All you have to do is add milk or water or tomato puree. And its ready in few minutes.
You can make more than 40 varieties of curries some of those are: Paneer Butter Masala, Matar Paneer, Paneer Lababdar, Palak Paneer, Corn Palak, Malai Kofte, Methi Matar Malai, Malai Paneer, Dum Aloo, and much more.
Demos of preparing curries out of premixes will be given in the class.
