Creating healthy, hygienic and nutritious new dishes everyday for my loved ones slowly turned my passion into a profession. I consider my cooking as a beautiful blend of traditional old cooking which I inherit from my mother and grandmother and the new, modern day cooking to adapt to other cuisines.
I share my knowledge and expertise with others by conducting cooking and baking workshops. You too can cook and bake. It's easier than you think. It only looks hard because you are unfamiliar with it. Once you understand the basics of cooking and baking, you can prepare anything you like, Indian or Italian or Chinese or French- you really don't need a cookbook anymore.
