First of all you need to identify the root cause of lower back pain. It can be because of any injury, poor workout form, poor sitting habits, or continuous sitting posture. And similarly gut health issues can be because of poor eating habits or low quality sleep etc. So you need to work on your habits and lifestyle including all these factors. Definitely yoga or any other workout formats help you to achieve better physical and mental health but only if you work on your lifestyle.

I would suggest to check some things before paying:
Check the background of Trainer including their profile, Instagram , ratings etc.
Check reviews given by clients.
Don't pay in cash. You will have proof if you pay online through UPI or account transfer. Pay only for the same name account.
And if possible, you can ask your trainer for his/her ID for ensuring his/her permanent address.
