I started teaching in Bangalore once I graduated with a 5yr degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences[B.N.Y.S], Ujire. I have been teaching since 3 -1/2 years. I have been drawn to yoga,meditationa and spirituality from a young age being influenced by my parents and messages of different enlightened masters .I love teaching because I feel like I am helping people to live more peaceful, healthier, stress free life physically,mentally and spiritually.Also it is creative and challenging to try new and interesting sequences and asanas while sticking to the core philosophy and truth of yoga.I teach Hata and Raja yoga,yoga for health issues, women, fitness and weightloss My strengths are proficiency in english, flexibility, flow, relaxation, good rapport with students and ability to cater to their needs.I love teaching the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and explaining the benefits of the asanas, pranayam and meditation. I teach kids, adults old people of all age groups both group classes and private therapy.I am a gold medalist and champion in yoga therapy. In my teaching experience I have learnt that it is important to have both strength and flexibility, dynamism and relaxation.At the end of the session-students must feel refreshed and peaceful.

"The 12 classes that I underwent with my wife at our home was tailored to our needs and pace - yoga, pranayama. We really liked the classes and the detailed attention given to each and every aspect of the yoga posture and breathing. We feel that we have significantly improved in suryanamaskar and pranayama. Some of the asanas were modified where required so as to suit our level of practice. Thank you and highly recommended. "
