As a teacher, rather than just blindly teaching kids the subject, I try to analyse and understand the kid's weak points, their level of grasping and teach in an effective way that makes the topic be easily understandable for the kids. As somebody who has taught for nearly two decades, I have reached to the conclusion that there are no dumb kids, but only kids with different graspings and understandings, and it is upto the teacher to find the right way to teach every child. I have taught various international students as well. I have also taught for Eduno International Olympiad exams and am the palghar district co-ordinator for the same.
