Some meditation methods can cure migraine completely, and there are some conditions for that.

Every disease has a physical, mental and emotional connection. The balance between these three factors is essential for a healthy body. When there is an imbalance in any of these with any other, the person will become sick-physically, emotionally or mentally at times. Most of us will realise when we are not well. At the same time, we don't realize why we are not well.

So here comes the conditions of curing. The person must be ready to cure mentally or physically, or emotionally according to the element of sickness. Once the person is ready, a specific meditation process shall be started under the expert. As you get cured, maintain the conditions to keep you well as long as you want to be healthy. The body is the temple, the mind is the priest, and emotions are the rituals.

Meditation is like a restful state for your body and mind.Every day every person do this during sleep but it needs a lot of practice to attain such blissful state on-demand and being awake.

A migraine on other hand is physical pain and need to take medicines, in addition, meditation can help you relieve such pain, with practice you can control to a good amount and decrease the dosage of medicines intake.

I have passed from regular medicine intake to almost no medicine now, but in some extreme weather conditions, yes, I do take a pill.
