A migraine on other hand is physical pain and need to take medicines, in addition, meditation can help you relieve such pain, with practice you can control to a good amount and decrease the dosage of medicines intake.
I have passed from regular medicine intake to almost no medicine now, but in some extreme weather conditions, yes, I do take a pill.

A migraine isn't a normal headache, it's an unbearably painful experience for that one who is affected by it. I suggest to try to do meditation for an hour each day, meditation could relieve headaches, you're feeling calm and peaceful by doing this, and day by day you notice the changes among you.
