- Firstly, select a peaceful ( indoor or outdoor) place for practice meditation.
- Sit any comfortable meditative position like, sukhasna. otherwise lie down in savasna.
- keep spine straight, shoulder relaxed and eyes closed.
- Keep relax your whole body and mind.
- Concentrate on your natural breathing process and feel every inhalation and exalatexal consciously.
- continue this process for 20 min.
- After 20 min you can chant om or other mantras.
- Rub your palms and gently touch your eyes face.
- Open your eyes and keep silence for sometimes.
