Thousands of years ago, on the banks of Lake Kantisarovar in the Himalayas, Adiyogi imparted his knowledge to the great seven sages.

The great sage Patanjali has systematized and codified the contemporary practices of yoga, its meaning and related knowledge through his Yoga Sutras.
