A body has absolute motion'' or '' A body is at absolute rest''. as far as the physics is concern. if you want to specify speed , you need reference.

Theory of relativity is the study of relations between dynamic variables, as you travel in car all thing lying on the earth seem to rush backward.

it simply means that the word ''absolute'' is an illusion . :) we can not say that ''A body has absolute motion'' or '' A body is at absolute rest''. as far as the physics is concern. if you want to specify speed , you need reference . that's for sure. so we are explaining things relatively . our every...

The laws of physics are the same for all observers in uniform motion relative to one another (principle of relativity). The speed of light in a vacuum is the same for all observers, regardless of their relative motion or of the motion of the light source. The resultant theory copes with experiment better than classical mechanics. For instance, postulate 2 explains the results of the Michelson–Morley experiment. Moreover, the theory has many surprising and counterintuitive consequences. Some of these are: Relativity of simultaneity: Two events, simultaneous for one observer, may not be simultaneous for another observer if the observers are in relative motion. Time dilation: Moving clocks are measured to tick more slowly than an observer's "stationary" clock. Relativistic mass Length contraction: Objects are measured to be shortened in the direction that they are moving with respect to the observer. Mass–energy equivalence: E = mc2, energy and mass are equivalent and transmutable. Maximum speed is finite: No physical object, message or field line can travel faster than the speed of light in a vacuum. read less

That's a question worth a minimum of 3 lectures (that too just the basic); you should have been a little more specific. anyways here is the brief for special relativity we have non-accelerated frame of reference (inertial frame) there are two simple assumptions made: 1. speed of light is constant in all the frames of reference (proved by Michelson and Morley experiment) 2. all the physical laws are same in every inertial frame of reference. for general relativity any Accelerated frame behaves like an extra gravitational force is acting on it. you can go on to study the consequences of these assumptions simultaniety, length contraction, time dilation, increase in mass, laplace transform 4 vectors (x y z ict) it is simple but it is too big a topic to explain here read less

Can small mass object attracts large mass objects?? If yes , where does it happens in the Universe
it happens everywhere. if earth applies the attraction force on object then object also applies the attraction force on earth. but due to the very less mass of object as compare to earth the object force is very small so we cant feel it

How many dimensions are possible ?
Theoretically and infact practically infinite but I presume here that you are referring to spatial dimensions, and then it would be just three. If you are more interested in knowing other dimensions, you are certainly welcome..!
