Well, its a difficult question to answer. Mainly, because the main issue is, what is the IELTS exam. If, it is an exam, then who or what can help me to pass. Apps can not be the answer to this riddle.
Now, IELTS has been divided into two versions, CBT and paper based. Yet, the writing and the speaking module is still judged by humans. Therefore, Reading and Listening are easy to mark but writing and speaking are perception based and, i do not think any app has been developed to give an exact assessment of the candidate's speaking or writing skills.
