Yes, you can. All you have to do is marry an Australian citizen and, by default, you will be able to migrate to the country. 

Another way is to marry an Indian who is planning to go or is already pursuing aat least a master's degree in Australia. This will automatically allow the spouse to get a spouse visa with full time job permit. Now, depending on the fate of the main spouse, the fate of the other spouse will be decided.

There can be many benefits, mainly further studies in UK. USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 

Some countries require IELTS for job permit and, of course, Canadian/Australian PR makes it mandatory to get the requisite score.

Even for a spouse, IELTS becomes a stumbling block.

So, as far as the five countries mentioned above, IELTS is de rigour.

IELTS commenced from 1989 and it became a custom for British Council/IDP Australia to provide a sample book to the students who registered for the test. IELTS Cambridge Book 1 was the first to be published and given to the students. The book contained 4 academic and 2 general tests with audios in CD form. 

since then, book 2 and so on have been published in regular intervals, with Book 16 being the latest.

I think these books should be good enough for anybody because they do  cover a long period of time and the variety is sufficient.

All books come with answers for Listening and Reading whereas for Writing, model answers are a good guide for guidance.

Germany has a system of education divided intotwo parts- public and private. Although German is the language of instructions, mainly, many institutions follow English as the medium and, in accordance, IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no band below 6 is the requisite. It must be notedhere that it is not mandatory because all apiring international students must clear at least C+ in the German language before they commence their studies but, an IELTS score can and often tilts the equilibirium toward a positive admission and visa.

The question is not whether 7.5 band , overall in IELTS is good, better or best. The question should pertain to the usefulness and utility.

IELTS scores are graded from 0-9, with 9 being an expert user of the English language. Now, 0 to 3 has absolutely no value. Its only from 4 that some value comes in, like UKVi or spouse visa for UK. For job permit, quite often band 5 is the criteria. 7.5 overall does not firintoany criteria. Overall 7 is required by many colleges and universities in academic. 

So, it may seem to be good but 7.5 overall serves no purpose.
