Answer Let me first tell you about IBPS PO pattern. Apart from the 5 major sections (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge), there will not be any pattern which resembles the previous papers in any way. Have a look at the recent papers, it will confirm our theory.
The reason is that IBPS follows SBI. They have been doing this for years. SBI brought dual paper system (pre-mains), IBPS implemented it in the next exam. SBI changed the paper level drastically in 2016 PO exam, IBPS went a step further and set a paper tougher than SBI. Looking as this trend, since SBI set a very tough paper this year for the PO exam which didn’t follow any pattern whatsoever, I’m sure that IBPS will also be doing the same.
