She doesn't force them to do a class when they are unwell but adapts to them if they need only meditation or some breathing. Kalpana is positive and is well read and knowledgeable about her subject. Everyday do meditation Minimum 15-20 mins ,twice a day..and increase the timing day by day as well as.

First do all pranayama properly with techniques and hold timing in kumbhak...then increase time in inhale and exhale,then slowly slowly go to meditation with see your breathe with proper inhale and exhale,then start your meditation practice ๐Ÿ™
