The following formula is used to calculate the pressure on any surface :
P = ρ g h
Where,
P = liquid's hydrostatic pressure (in N/m2, Pa)
ρ = liquid's density (kg/m3)
Note : in case of water ρ =1000 kg/m3
g = gravitational acceleration (9.81 m/s2)
h = height of the fluid's column or depth where the pressure is measured.
Here i am assuming that dimensions are given in L*B*H format and hence taken height of water column to be 2 meters as tank is alf filled. Adjust accordingly if height of tank is not 4 meters.
Thus,
P = 1000×9.81× (4/2) = 19620 (in N/m2, Pa) or P = 19.62 KPa, KN/m2
Note : 1N/m2 = Pa

A stepwise guide for getting hold of fluent spoken English
1. Start watching English movies and series on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Don't forget to turn on subtitles.
2. Try communicating in English as much as possible. When you will maximise your use of English in everyday life, you will start thinking in English.
3. A barrier in speaking fluent English for Indians is that they believe in Hindi and they translate it to English in their minds, this takes some time and hence causes stuttering and difficulty finding apt words
4. By constant usage of English, the ability to think in English will develop, and you will be good to go.
The SECRET is practice until you are perfect at it!
