"Different Asanas are practiced each day. There are breathing exercises, mild weights, aerobics and exercises to different parts of the body each day. The trainer is very nurturing and enthusiastic. Takes a lot of care we do the postures correctly. My stamina and agility has improved after attending these classes. "
