Teaching Experience in detail in Yoga Classes
I am practicing Yoga for 4 years. I started classes 2 years back. Had experience with Adults and Kids Batch. I got excellent feedback from adults(above 50 years old). I am also realizing it is a god's gift for them. I am very comfortable with Middle age and old age people. My students are feeling energized, improved flexibility and stamina. My Teaching way will be comfortable for all ages. It includes warm-up, surya namaskar, Breathing exercises, asanas and Meditation. I am feeling happy to teach yoga.

"It's our great pleasure that we are learning yoga forms. Ms. Prabha. She is very disciplined and dedicated person. With all of us she started with basic exercises and warm up to make our body flexible first then slowly introduce certain other flexible one. Though we are different age groups she keeps in mind for whom the postures is beneficial and who not . "

Yoga means connecting mind (mentally) and body (physically) through the spiritual way. To attain samadhi in Ashtanga Yoga, we need to go through Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana. Yama and Niyama are do's and don'ts. By started practising Asana we can achieve those two states. Pranayama control prana by different breathing techniques. Pratyahara is achieved by controlling sense organs. Dharana means to fix your concentration on one particular object. Dhyana means to focus on something for a long time without distraction(thoughtless).
