"Classes were very well designed for the online platform. I was able to understand the assignments in a simple and easy manner which helped in steadily finishing the tasks, assignment in a very organized manner. I wish there were more videos of other teachers or former students doing class sequences and tutorials of modifications, but I appreciate the reading assignments and materials related to these topics. I highly recommend this online yoga school and hope to continue my journey with this teacher "

Her hints and tips to make sure you are maximising the benefits of the posture while preventing injury are something that is rare to find. Each month is tailored towards an area, progressing each week. This isn’t a class for people that are happy that their alignment isn’t great and want to lose themselves in their breath.
