Bedanta

Born in a traditional Brahmin family, Bedanta since childhood is keen on spirituality, positive vibes around as his mother does bhakti yoga and sitting besides her listening to it and attain the level of purity.
Exposed into sports since childhood with lawn tennis, he does basic yoga practices with the physical education teacher for mind and body.
A strong believer in positive thinking and a marketing specialist, he has grown more interest in yoga when he is closely working with an Ayurvedic firm where he promotes Ayurveda and Yoga globally and help people to understand the benefits of 5000 year old ancient science and urge to practice yoga daily.
Bedanta teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & basic meditation and pranayama techniques. His aim is to spread the knowledge of yoga to those who are seeking for it in a discipline way. The classes will focus on clear mind, strong and lighter body.
