Your question is absurd or may be you not attain at the stage of reqired prequalification, or just want to check the level . It's not a mysterious question which you like to know. Please upgrade yourself and ask valid questions which you really want to know ,and also introspection requires at what level you want to dive as fitness word is fathomless .
Moreover fitness has multiple aspects of physical, mental ,emotional and spiritual dimensions. overall development leads towards healthy life and happiness in society. Because if a person is fit generates happiness, there is no misery , and influence society.

Modern yoga is part of classical Yog. As your question also make a significant difference in words Yog and Yoga, Classical Yog is a path of liberation/ Salvation. But if one wants the same result from modern yoga, one must to adopt the ancient approach of Yog and gradually attain the same effect on later stages. Moreover, Modern Yoga is the way to achieve the same results after fully surrender on the path of Yog.
