After waiting up, even with eyes close, first of all prayer, and morning rituals. Then Kriya. Shower and neti. Then again Bhakti yoga. And after set of yoga asanas. It's taking about 2-3 hours. But I combine it with the normal life action. For me yoga is 24/7. Life itself including yoga, and yoga including life.
