It depends on time of day and what you're planning on doing next -- or what you need fuel for. I don't eat after class if I take an 8pm class; but a normal breakfast, or even a hearty one, is appropriate after a 5:30 am class.

After Bikram yoga you should take Oatmeal with milk and fruits.Yoghurt,hardboiled eggs.banana ,nuts and blueberry and mint.etc.

After practicing bikram yoga one should have fuits which are high is water contant because we sweat a lot after practicing hot yoga and the energy level level also gets low. So it is good to have fuits like watermelon, muskmelon which will work as a instant energy booster.
