Some Yoga Exercises should be done Early morning with Empty stomach. Only precaution is keep the body light weight

Before you begin your practice, pls make sure that there is a gap of min 2.5 hours with a meal. Liquids like tea/ juice can be taken 45 mins prior. Light snacks 1.5 hours prior. Also, consult a trainer if you are suffering from some ailment like high blood pressure. In that case, headstands and forward bends need to be restricted as blood rushes to the head in such poses. read less

It is advised to have liquid half an hour before commencing yoga practice and half an hour after completing the practice. You should also remember food should be taken before 3 hours before starting yoga practice and gradual increase in time and repetitions is very very essential

1.Empty stomach 

2.Not to perform difficult poses when beginners.

3.After surgery and illness consult with doctor for joining yoga.

4.Always keep yoga place calm and ventilated.

5.If any health conditions then do the practice only advised by yoga instructor.

After yoga don't perform strenuous exercise.There is Gap of half an hour between yoga and other exercise.

After yoga take rest for few minutes.Do shavasana,Refuel your body.

Can I do yoga after bath?
It would be better if you bath before yoga. After yoga wait at least for 45 to 60 minutes other wise it will have negative impact on your body.
