This Asana is a preparatory practise for meditation and forward bending Asanas.
- Good for hamstring muscles and hip joint flexibility. It tones adrenals and reproductive system.
- People with back issues or displaced coccyx, or any other hip joint issue shouldn't perform this Asana.
- At the final position, concentrate on Manipura Chakra
