Dear Neeta, First and foremost, your topmost priority, should be of finding the right guide for your decided path. For instance, a person who tells you that GRE can be conquered by solely word lists is a sign of several red flags. Do not even attempt to learn those words by rote. Instead there are multiple approaches that can be used to navigate your way around words. Secondly, GRAMMAR. The blueprint of the English language lies there. Do not attempt to write the GRE or the TOEFL without having a solid command over the English Language's Grammar. Coming from a seasoned trainer like me, I can assure you that all those words are down the drain in case you do not know Grammar. Go ahead and learn the fundamentals of Grammar and watch yourself take wings with ease. Cheers Abhijit Murthy read less
