CAMBRIDGE PREPARATION FOR THE TOEFL TEST BOOK WITH ONLINE PRACTICE TESTS
This book is the best preparation book on the market today, as it reviews all four sections in detail. It contains recomended practice skills and is the book that is always the choice of TOEFL teachers.

Cambridge books are meant for practice after you understand the pattern and style.
