How can soft skills training help police constables to remove stress?

 Many people approach the police when they are having a difficulty, and at that point, they anticipate a sympathetic response from the officers. They also anticipate that their issues, no matter how minor, would be given first priority. In reality, the majority of police stations, especially those in urban areas, always have their hands full and struggle to even deal with the most serious issues.
