As adults ,we are interested in a quick and easy way to speak effectively. The only way we can achieve results quickly is to have the right attitude and firm foundation of rules
Here are Five basic rules, which make you an Interesting Speaker.
Rule 1: Prepare yourself what you want to speak.
If you are unsure what you want to speak or what exactly you want to do , do not jump into,
action or Open your mouth but instead prepare you mind and thought and speak
with authority, confidence and this can only be if you know what you want to say.
Rule 2: Limit your Talk (Say it and Sit down)
Once you have started your talk ,the first step is be brief and stay strictly to the point within
your limits. If your talk sounds like the world Almanac you will not be able to hold attention
for a long time. In a short talk you can expect one or two main points across.
Remember on one was ever criticized for saying little and if more is desired from you ,it
will be asked of you.
Rule 3: Talk about what the Person is interested in :
The person's interest is very important , not yours. It is not what you want to say ,it is what
the person wants to listen. So, Some are interested in their career, and some are foodie
choose your right path and start talking to them, may be you can give them a pep Talk.
Rule 4: Personalize Your Talk by using Their Names
when you talk to people using their names in this way you are rubbing them the
right way, Remember your working with human nature. So the key of a
good speaker is to realize that people are primarily interested in themselves but not in others,
that is how you can become a most interesting conversationalist.
Rule 5: Listen to them and Ask Questions.
The more you listen, the more Smarter you will become. A good listener always winds up far
ahead of a good talker in the affections of people, this is because a good listener
always allows people to hear their favorite speaker (themselves). while listening
ask questions to let the person who is talking know you are listening.
Remember ___ Anybody worth Listening, is worth looking at, make sure you look into the
eyes of the speaker ..
