when one starts practicsing yoga in groups one can easily realise there are some postures in which one can feel much better, derive relief, etc while some postures may not be that beneficial. theses postures could be different for different people. So i suggest one can practice in groups to identify which asan is benefical for one the most and then practice privately. this would help one to spend enough time in a beneficial posture and extract its benefits the most.

Yoga means Union. Union of inner self with the universe.ie being in sync with the universe. There could be different paths to achieve the same. Jana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, Patanjali yoga. Rajayoga is combination of last 4 limbs of yoga defined by Patanjali in astanga yoga. Rajayoga includes Pratyahara, Dhararana, Dhyan and finally Samadhi ie the union with universe.

Yes.
Generally yoga or any workout session is designed to go from low intensity to high and then high to low. this way one can relax and regain after good workout or yoga session.
in workout there are warm up excersises to start and in yoga there are sukshma vyayam wherein one activates each and every jioint of body and then perfroms asans.
asan again can be sequenced like after standing asan one does sitting and then lying down asan and pranaym or shavasan then.
one can also sequence as asan and counter asan. like after poorvauttanasa one can do paschimuttanasan.
Good sequencing will ensure one is relaxed and energised after yoga session rather than feeling exhausted, with cramps etc etc

it is good question.
i would like to answer it this way. supppose there is storm coming up would you like to prepare before hand so that you go through the storm with minimum damage or would you let the strom go by and then do the repair work.
Morning is preferred time for yoga. empty stomach is the prerequisite for doing yoga. but if one is not finding time doing regularly at given time is more important than not doing it at all
